Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING 

- Cookies are shipped throughout the U.S using UPS 2day
- We do not ship to P.O Boxes 
- Shipping Days are Monday - Wednesday each week.
- Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed after our weekly cutoff on Tuesdays at 12 am EST. will not ship out until the following week. 
- We fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received. High demand may result in delays or additional processing days.
- We only offer domestic (U.S) shipping
- We are not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to incorrect addresses.

-Shipping cost varies based on location and weight/ amount of cookies being shipped. The average cost has been $8 - $12.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that someone is not available to receive the package when delivered.
- Increased demand due to the holiday season (typically November + December) may result in processing delays. Processing times are separate from shipping times. Additional delays may come up due to the increased package volume of the shipping carrier.
 
FRESHNESS
 
- All orders are shipped using UPS 2day
- Each cookie is individually packaged and sealed in the cookie box. The cookie box is placed in a corrugated box, tightly packed with packaging material that’s appropriate for shipping. These measures are taken to ensure the quality and freshness of our product during transit.
- For best results, we suggest enjoying the cookies within 5 days of arrival.
- If unable to enjoy immediately or if you would like to prolong the enjoyment of our cookies, freeze upon arrival for up to 12 weeks (3 months).
- To enjoy cookies from the freezer, please allow 30 minutes for the product to thaw or consider reheating in the microwave or oven.  Reheat instructions:
* Bake for 4 minutes in the oven at 350°
* Microwave for 10 seconds on high

PICKUP PROCESS

Orders placed by Tuesday 3 pm will be available by Wednesday 12 noon until 3 pm. All orders placed after until Friday 3pm and pickup will be Saturday 12 noon until 3 pm.
